INGREDIENTS :

  • 5 cloves garlic

  • 2 segment turmeric fingers toasty
  • salt to taste

How to make
Clean the squid to white. Put the head into the body of the squid, then pin end of the body squid with a toothpick. Set aside.
Mix the spices with coconut milk and spices, then cook, stirring gently to the boil. Reduce heat, continue to cook until the spices and coconut milk cooked shrink and out the oil.
